1. Agreement to Terms

5. Subscription and Payment

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You authorize MapsLeadExtractor to charge your payment method for any fees due. If automatic billing fails, we will notify you and may suspend your access until payment is received.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused credits.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MapsLeadExtractor and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MapsLeadExtractor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
